حق بیمه شخص ثالث خودرو ها بر چه اساس محاسبه میشود؟
چرا حق بیمه شخص ثالث با توجه به سال ساخت و مدل خودرو ها متفاوت است؟
در آیین 18 قانون بیمه اجباری معیارهای تعیین حق بیمه برای خسارات وارد شده به شخص ثالث در صورت حوادث ناشی از وسایل نقلیه از سوی مصوبه هیئت وزیران معین می شود.
طبق این آیین‌نامه، حق‌بیمه پایه را شورای عالی بیمه با توجه به انواع وسایل نقلیه سواری شخصی، بارکش، اتوکار (استیشن، ون، مینی بوس و اتوبوس)، موتورسیکلت و … تعیین می‌کند.
که علاوه بر بیمه پایه بر اساس نوع کاربری و سوابق بیمه دارنده قیمت بیمه نامه ممکن است کاهش یا افزایش پیدا کند.
همچنین عواملی از جمله استفاده از وسایل نقلیه رایج برای اقشار ضعیف و متوسط جامعه مانند موتورسیکلت یا خودرو های ارزان قیمت در تعیین قیمت حق بیمه پایه لحاظ می شود.
بنابراین حق بیمه پایه برای خودروهای پیکان و پراید طبق مصوبه مجلس شورای اسلامی پایین تر و برای دیگر خودروهای چهارسیلندر به یک میزان تعیین می شود.
و واضح است که حق بیمه برای خودروهای بیش از چهار سیلندر نیز قیمتی بیشتر نسبت به خودرو های چهار سیلندر دارد و حدود 10درصد بیشتر می باشد.
مقایسه حق بیمه پراید و بنز مقایسه درستی نیست چرا که حق بیمه پایه فارغ از نوع و سیستم خودرو با توجه به تعداد سیلندر (قدرت موتور خودرو) تعیین می شود.
از عوامل دیگری که در محاسبه هزینه بیمه شخص ثالث موثر است سال ساخت وسیله نقلیه است ، به طوری که وقتی 15سال از سال ساخت وسیله نقلیه بگذرد به ازای هر سال اضافه 2درصد و حداکثر 20درصد به مبلغ بیمه نامه اضافه می شود. و دلیل این موضوع این است که سال ساخت وسیله نقلیه بر وضعیت ایمنی آن تاثیر گذار است.
از موارد دیگری که در مبلغ بیمه نامه تاثیر گذار است تعداد سال های عدم خسارت وسیله نقلیه است، که می تواند تا سقف 70درصد شامل تخفیف بشود.
برای مثال جهت مقایسه دو خودرو سمند با سال ساخت 1388 و 1398 به این دلیل که خودرو سمند قدیمی تر می تواند تخفیف عدم خسارت بیشتری داشته باشد،و تا سقف 70درصد شامل تخفیف شود و این یکی از دلایلی است که در محاسبه قیمت بیمه نامه شخص ثالث موثر خواهد بود.
با توجه به این دلایل ، مقایسه بیمه نامه های شخص ثالث بنز، پراید ، سمند ، سانتافه و… بدون توجه به سال ساخت وسیله نقلیه ، تعداد سیلندر و تخفیف های عدم خسارت می تواند گمراه کننده باشد و سبب تشویش اذهان عمومی شود.
