طرح آزمایشی ارجاع مستقیم پرونده‌های تصادف جرحی به بیمه‌ها در هرمزگان اجرا شد
به گزارش روز پنجشنبه ایرنا از دادگستری استان هرمزگان، مجتبی قهرمانی افزود: با هدف تسریع در جبران خسارت مصدومان و زیان دیدگان ناشی از تصادفات رانندگی، کاهش بار ورودی پرونده ها و خدمت رسانی مطلوب (سریع ، آسان و کم هزینه) طرح ارجاع مستقیم پرونده‌های تصادفات جرحی به شرکت های بیمه در استان هرمزگان وارد فاز اجرایی شده است.
رئیس کل دادگستری هرمزگان با بیان اینکه برخی پرونده‌های تشکیل شده در خصوص حوادث و تصادفات رانندگی بدون ماهیت قضایی بوده و یا از پیچیدگی قضایی کمتری برخوردار است، خاطرنشان کرد: ضرورتی ندارد این پرونده‌ها ابتدا در محاکم قضایی مطرح شوند.
وی اظهار کرد: بر اساس طرح یاد شده، مصدومان حوادث رانندگی در صورت تمایل و با توجه به قابل گذشت بودن این جرایم، بدون نیاز به تشکیل پرونده قضایی جهت دریافت دیه به شرکت های بیمه طرف قرارداد، معرفی می شوند.
قهرمانی یادآور شد: با توجه به اینکه هدف اصلی از تصویب قانون بیمه اجباری اشخاص ثالث جبران سریع و بدون هزینه خسارات توسط شرکت های بیمه بوده، لازم است بیمه ها از ظرفیت ایجاد شده، نهایت استفاده را ببرند و با اجرای این طرح، شرایط تسریع در پرداخت دیه مردم را فراهم کنند.
به گفته قهرمانی با توجه به حجم بالای پرونده‌های مرتبط با تصادفات رانندگی، اجرای این طرح، باعث سرعت بخشی در روند رسیدگی‌ها و کاهش ورودی هزاران پرونده در هرماه به شورای حل اختلاف، دادسرا و محاکم قضایی می‌شود.
رییس کل دادگستری استان ادامه داد: تاکنون ۲۶ پرونده به شرکت های بیمه گر ارسال شده که بیمه های پاسارگاد، آسیا و البرز بیشترین موارد پرداختی خسارات بدنی به مصدومان را داشته اند و شرکت های بیمه تجارت نو و معلم نیز نسبت به تشکیل پرونده اقدام کرده اند.
قهرمانی یادآور شد: این طرح در سال ۱۴۰۲ با جدیت و در کل استان عملیاتی می شود و در فضای رقابتی مشتریان به سراغ شرکت هایی خواهند رفت که در پرداخت دیه و خسارت طبق مقررات و بدون الزام بیمه گذار به طی فرآیندهای پیچیده قضایی و در زمان کوتاه ،پیشگام باشند
