نخست در حوزه فروش. در این بخش راهبرد صنعت بیمه توسعه محصولات بیمه ای موجود و طراحی بیمه نامه های جدید با رویکرد تامین نیاز های بیمه گران متناسب با شرایط بیماری کرونا است که ازآن جمله می توان به برقراری پوشش کرونا در بیمه عمر و سرمایه گذاری و درمان تکمیلی بدون حق بیمه اضافی و همچنین طراحی و بیمه کرونا با پوشش پرداخت غرامت فوت، هزینه پزشکی و غرامت ایام بستری و همچنین بیمه توقف کسب و کار ناشی از اپیدمی کرونا با پوشش جبران از دست دادن درآمد ناشی از توقف فعالیت واحدهای اقتصادی در اثر شیوع بیماری کرونا اشاره کرد.
