راهبرد صنعت بیمه ایران برای مقابله با پاندمی کرونا
مهمترین راهبرد شرکت های بیمه در ایام محدودیت های اجتماعی صدور الکترونیکی و دیجیتالی بیمه نامه ها و آسان سازی اخذ بیمه نامه از طریق پلت فرمهای بیمه ای توسط بیمه گذاران می باشد.
شیوع ویروس کرونا در کشور، از ابعاد مختلفی زندگی مردم را تحت تاثیر قرارداده و تبعات و پیامدهای مختلفی را در پی داشته است؛ این تبعات دامنگیر صنعت بیمه به عنوان بخشی از جامعه نیز شده است. مهمترین پیامد این بیماری در صنعت بیمه، کاهش صدور بیمه نامه های مختلف از جمله بیمه حوادث و درمان مسافرتی، بیمه آتش سوزی صنایع کوچک، بیمه مسئولیت مدنی کارفرما درقبال کارکنان و بیمه بدنه خودرو می باشد علاوه بر آن پیامد دیگر شیوع این ویروس ، ایجاد دغدغه و نگرانی در بیمه گذاران جهت مراجعه به شرکت های بیمه برای خرید بیمه نامه یا دریافت خسارت است .
اما راهبرد صنعت بیمه ایران در مواجهه با پیامد های ویروس کرونا برای کاهش پیامد های مذکور را می توان در دو بخش توضیح داد.
نخست در حوزه فروش. در این بخش راهبرد صنعت بیمه توسعه محصولات بیمه ای موجود و طراحی بیمه نامه های جدید با رویکرد تامین نیاز های بیمه گران متناسب با شرایط بیماری کرونا است که ازآن جمله می توان به برقراری پوشش کرونا در بیمه عمر و سرمایه گذاری و درمان تکمیلی بدون حق بیمه اضافی و همچنین طراحی و بیمه کرونا با پوشش پرداخت غرامت فوت، هزینه پزشکی و غرامت ایام بستری و همچنین بیمه توقف کسب و کار ناشی از اپیدمی کرونا با پوشش جبران از دست دادن درآمد ناشی از توقف فعالیت واحدهای اقتصادی در اثر شیوع بیماری کرونا اشاره کرد.
اما بخش دوم نحوه خدمات رسانی در صنعت بیمه است. مهمترین راهبرد شرکت های بیمه در ایام محدودیت های اجتماعی صدور الکترونیکی و دیجیتالی بیمه نامه ها و آسان سازی اخذ بیمه نامه از طریق پلت فرمهای بیمه ای توسط بیمه گذاران می باشد علاوه بر آن در حوزه پرداخت خسارت هم مخصوصا در زمینه ارایه اسناد درمانی و یا پرداخت خسارت اتومبیل همین شیوه در دستور کار برخی از شرکتهای بیمه گر قرار گرفته است .
